Two of my classmates and I were talking on the midst of the traffic last week about her (classmate Lyn) vacation to the Philippines this August. Then our topic came into kinds of soaps on the market that whitens and smoothens the skin. Along the way, the topic of soaps went into fruits that was being used to beautify and whitens the skin, like papaya fruit which is also very good on the face to keep the skin smooth. And I said, "maybe I would try that too huh?!"

As we talk, I remember one of my high school classmate who's always curious to try beauty products, and even fruits to used on her skin and face. She also complains about this pimples as she look in the mirror just before our CAT training every monday afternoon. Aside from that, she was cheerful and lively. I wonder if she would even consider a Beverly Hills face lift . I don't know if it's just because we're in the teenage stage at that time that this things bothers her, or it is really herself that she wants to change some things to her body. Well, everyone has a choice and it wouldn't be a crime.

I can say, things are really possible now, even such changes. It can even help boost some people's confidence. Because of posting this, it reminds me of high school days, hmnn..... I wonder when there's going to be a high school reunion in our batch?! I'd be lucky if I could even know about the news if there is going to be one.

Entertaining and funny, that's what makes us (my brother and I) love to watch "The Simpsons"  every afternoon, mon. through fri. even dad watch it too, well we all watch together on the sala. The Simpsons hilarous acts made it one of our favorite cartoon show.

By the way, "The Simpsons" movie would be on play this coming July 27. I would love to watch this, I bet this is gonna be more entertaining and hilarous.

As mom used to worked for O.S. (Overland Storage) before, she would ask me to go to a certain website to check on her company share as an employee, I, browsing on the site while she's sitting beside me checking out on the mavigation links on which one should I click. That was a year ago.

The past week, as I sit there on the sala with dad and John watching the last episode of NBC show Heroes for this season, I kinda began to imagine what our life would be like if either dad or mom is into business, or a large company and owns most of the shares and stocks. Like that of Lindermann. George Lindermann ? Nope, just Lindermann, the confident businessman on Heroes, yet eccentric. He's into business in NY, he looks like a respectable, gray haired, successful man, but aside from that, he also got the special gift, the ability to heal. If I could have such power, that would be so awesome! I just wish he should have had more important role on the last episode. He could heal, he could even bring a withered plant comes back to life. He should have done more part on Zyler's destruction.

I think, it's been about 3 months since that last seasons episode, I can't wait for the next episode for the next month. ^.^ Well, the end was I expected it to be, Zyler was dead. He's a pain in the butt. As I watched the seasons ending, seeing how each character fought for their love one and how much they value their family, I thought that was one of the best part of the ending.

I know some people believes that there's no such thing as "perfect," We, humans are created with imperfection, whether it could be physically or emotionally. And because of that imperfection, a desire for a change arises.

I am talking more about physical imperfection here, we aren't born perfect but I do believe each of us is special. However, there are people who wanted to change some of their physical aspect, by means of science. My wednesday wasn't so good. My CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) classmates and I was expecting a field trip to the hospice, but when we were on the meeting site, our instructor announced that instead of going to the hospice for the field trip, we were going to Collingwood Manor. We were all looking forward for the field trip, but since we were going to Collingwood instead, there's nothing we can do about that.

So off we go to the facility where we spent our 3 months as CNA students last semester for our CNA clinical. On our way, we thought of our CNA semester, our field trips on colleges, and on an assisted living facility. I thought, "were my former residents still remember me?" I'm not even sure if I'm still gonna have them as my residents this semester.

As the class arrive in front of Collingwood Intermediate Care, our instructor told us that we can pick two residents, two in a room. Since I couldn't take the resident I wanted to have because the room were already taken by another student, our instructor gave me another two residents in building 2. They are still sleeping so I didn't bother both of them, I just went around and help my classmates on their residents. It was fun, I gotta see my former CNA residents and those other residents we've made friends with. Some, or most of them were longing for a talk, a simple chit chatting can even make their day. I also notice that some of them barely got visitors visiting them.

On my way home, I wonder what I would become in my future years if I reach their age. Would I be alone? In a facility like this? Or living in my own home here in San Diego?! If ever that I would go in another state, I would want to live in Philadelphia assisted living where I could be sure for myself that I'm on the right assisted living facility, where I can make friends with fellow residents and the employees. And that I can make most of my time enjoying my life. There are so much to enjoy and be thankful of in life, each morning, each day, each meal, our loved ones.

Next monday, I am going to see my new residents, and our class instructor already told me that they were nice folks, and I would definitely love spending my day with them. I hope they will like me.

Prom nights, one event that every high school girl is so excited about. One night that each and every detail is carefully planned, dress that were carefully choose.

As my mom asked my brother, " You're going to be a senior next enrollment, and you know this gonna be a prom night." My brother seems not into this kinda thing, and says ,"So, I don't think I will attend to that." As I heard this, memories of my own prom night played inside my head.

Back in the Philippines when I was in my junior year, I didn't attended our prom night and my classmates who knows I won't be coming said, "why not come? it could be fun." Despite them encouraging me, I already made up my mind that I won't gonna come. Our teacher said it was okey though, but she also said that it's gonna be an experience, we, students are gonna treasure. It's a good part of a high school life. But still, I didn't attend. It was just after the prom that I got this strange feeling that I should have been there. This feeling that I've missed something. I can't even remember now on what reason why I didn't showed up.

Then, senior year comes. And here's another prom night. I decided to attend to it and experience it for myself. I don't want to have that feeling again, that I've left out something important as a part of high school life. Almost 5 years had passed since that senior prom night but I still remember what happened and what I was wearing that night. A beautiful beige gown my dad already bought for me for that special night. I like the gown, it's pretty, but somehow it's ballon like style made me uncomfortable on some way. I just wish that I made more of the prom themes and prom decorations on this gown that I was wearing. Maybe in that way I should have feel more comfortable into it. Then my classmates arrive on our classroom, and my friends. They were all pretty in their own gowns, although there are some of my classmates who didn't dress appropriately on that night and had made a talk on the following day around the senior building.

Now, everytime I look on my picture album with my high school friends, I would just smile as I look into myself wearing that prom dress. Not just that prom picture, every picture they have with me that I'm keeping on my album reminds me of memories I have with them, when we were all close friends.  And now, back to my brother, I don't think he isn't gonna attend to his junior prom night, he already got a girlfriend now you know.

Summer is the season, to go visit places, have an adventure and have some fun for the family, it is vacation time you know. Dad and mom could take a week off from work and have a trip with baby, and older brother, and older sister and have a fantastic time.

But some would prefer it to go places this summer by themselves, or with a loved one to enjoy the sight seeing. And it is not just sight seeing some folks plans to do for the summer, they want to visit a surgeon, to add a little more here and there and correct unwanted body parts!

Seattle is a place you may want to visit for the summer. Or if you already planning to visit Seattle, you may also wanna  do Seattle plastic surgery while you're there. We all have choices, so dreaming to have a good summer vacation and taking a step to have that perfect body is all yours.

By the way, I heard from mom that my uncle is in Seattle again, visiting my cousin who lives there. If I could go there in Seattle and have a visit I would go to Woodland Park Zoo and take a ride on the Space Needle. ^.^

It's been three years that we've living here in San Diego, and I always hear people saying that San Diego has the nicest climate, people, beaches, different foods, there just so much in this place. Yeah, I've been here for three years but I, with our family haven't seen all of San Diego yet. Despite the fact that we don't have the time to go sight seeing, mom doesn't like the thought of getting lost on trips. So if we need to go somewhere, San Diego yellow pages is somehow, always have to look at to guide us on the way, print directions on mapquest and ready to go. Yellow pages is a big help on where to find many things around. I would even browse into San Diego websites sometimes, or San Diegan blogs to read about SD. You know, you would learn more than you wanna know by visiting and reading on what people would say about their place. This would be very helpful for San Diegan tourists too, they can read tips on where places to go. There is lots of things to learn about San Diego and to love, that's why no wonder people make websites and blogs all about SD. Mostly were tips on where to travel, where to eat, where is the fun, where are the great hotels, and such. Maybe someday I will going to make such a blog too ^.^ And, since there are songs didicated to some US states, I wonder when it's gonna have a song didicated for San Diego? Or maybe there is already one huh?!.

If there's one thing I love most about San Diego, is that I don't have to deal with snow, eventhough I like to experience one. I love it here, sunny with the birds chirping from the trees, and the people are nice. And also, there are lots of Filipino stores  and restaurants around here, which also makes San Diego the best!

A friend and classmate of mine after our CHHA class shift told me on our way home, "why is it that some people got the beauty but doesn't got the brain?" While there are those people who've been nailed in the bed by their condition but they have the brain, the smart ones." And also, some people, lack on both. "Maybe I'm sleeping when God is giving away the talent huh?!" she added. "How could you say that? You mostly got A's on most of our exams. You got a brain." I said.

Yeah, she was right if you would really think about that. Sometimes those who lack in physical beauty really got the brain and excel in classes. Sometimes it could be those who are sick, that could barely walk or talk who displays how smart they could be. Maybe it is natures way to make people equal. Some, or I can say most of us had already accepted whatever figure or characteristic we have. But on the other hand, there are still those who wish for something better for themselves. To have a better good look: a long leg, height, bright eyes, slim body, more here and there, and sometimes just simply as having a nice pointed, attractive nose is their dream. As simple as that, it can help boost their confidence on their job and social life.

Well, thanks to science there are ways that we, people can even change our physical appearance. There is rhinoplasty  that can help people today achieve the look they want. Wow, I can hardly believe it is summer again. And it was hot here in San Diego, so mush like in the Philippines ^.^ People are starting to change their way of dresssing, from jackets and boots, to comfy clothes and shorts. Everytime I ride the bus to go for my summer class, I notice people are also more into shopping malls, probably to cool themselves off from the summer heat huh?! Well, my aunt used to do that on summer. Going to the malls to enjoy the free aircon aside from enjoying every sale she could find that fancy her sight. But what about the tourist?

For those who doesn't know I love websurfing, now you know. I love to surf the web specially visiting topsites where I will find pretty, adorable websites with adoptables and freebies. And I've added these sites to my "Favorites"  site link so that I won't forget them. This sites won't usually show up when you google it. And it was just today that I got an idea on blogging about this one specific website I've been visiting since last week. There are lots of adoptables from angels, to pendants,  greeting cards, website wallbanners, to pendulumclocks, calling cards, website banners,  d cards, blinkies and lots more. Another day, another afternoon. I told myself yesterday that I wouldn't be using the computer today because I've already spent long computer hours yesterday, but here I am again, can't resist it. It's like a magnet, like something is always calling me "hey, come sit down and open me." *the computer talking* (^.^)

Well, what I did was googled for other free blogging sites. I was looking for a bloggy that would be soo much like Tblog, such as where I can used the background that I really wanna used, so yeah, I joined another 3 sites today: Sampa, iblog, and Blogsavy. Although I can't used the very layout or background that I wanna used on iblog and blogsavy, I still enjoyed both 'coz I've selected very cute backgrounds they provided. I just don't have any idea yet on what to post in there, maybe a picture blog huh?! Then, log in to my Mylot and did some posting there.

Finally, log in to my Tblog, visited my friends blogs and the others, did some lurking and got into techno. I've seen and heard Techno before but it is just today that I decided to join there.(^.^) So this is a Techno post. Can I sing now?!

You have heard about plugboards but you need a button, and you don't know where to get one. This is also what I have been hunting when I'm new to plugboards and I just love those animated and very cute 88 x 31 buttons. I've been to many sites with blank banners or blank buttons with 88 x 31. And just now, I've found the site I've been looking for with these very cute blank buttons. Just a reminder that this buttons are used in plugging your websites or blogs on plugboards which increases your site visitors.

Dollielove  has a large selection of blank 88 x 31 buttons that you can used. All of which are colorful and you can choose from colorful smilies, skies, rainbows, and nature scenes.

Now, choose a blank button that you want to represent your blog or website, or your piczo, Myspace, Friendster or any site you may want to be plug on a plugboard. Right click on your choice and save the button by selecting "Save Picture As."

Next, upload your button to a hosting site. You can used Photobucket or Imageshack. Once the button is uploaded, copy the button url. If you have uploaded it on your Photobucket account, the picture url is ready to be copied in there on the second box that says Url Link, copy that.  Now you are ready to go and plug your button on as many plugboard you can find. Paste the button url you have just copied on a plugboard where it says "Button Url" this is usually the first box on every plugboard and the first box is where you type your blog or website url. Click "Plug." Most plugboards, or I can say all prohibits double plugging, wait until your button had been knocked off the board before plugging again. If you need a simplier button, which is plain, or dolly buttons where you can write anything such as your website or blog name, here's another site which has blank buttons that you can used, Allfreebielinks and also has a plugboard.

If you are looking for ways on how to personalize your pictures with stars, read on. You can add stars with different colors and styles to choose from for your pictures and save it as a "gif" image. Here's how:

First, you need to go to this site, mage-editor It is a very helpful site for editing images and has lots of many other useful stuffs.

When you are already on the site, upload an image you want to add animated stars under File, click Open to upload an image. You can also choose to resize and convert your image to bmp, gif, jpg, and png during the uploading process.

Once your image or picture was uploaded, point your mouse under Effect and choose "Start Stars Wizard"  if you want to gliterize your image with stars. Stars styles and colors will then show up, select different star colors and styles you like and click "Create My Animation."

When you are satisfied with the outcomes, save the image into your own desktop and upload it into image hosting sites such as Photobucket and Imageshack, so that you can put it into your personal website or blog. Too bad it won't work on Friendster if it is in gif format( it is automatically gif once stars were added on your image.) If you want to add stars to more of your sites, repeat the steps.

I've been around searching for blog sites. I've registered for few others such as Blogcharm, Blogchex, and Shoutpost but I really like it here on Tblog. Why? Because like a home, I feel at home and knows things around. It is just so great here that I like it, too bad for me because I tried to register for a second Tblog account but application was already close. So I was wondering and making this post for anyone who has a blog on Tblog that is thinking to close or delete their Tblog blogs. I would be happy to adopt anyone's blog if you think you don't want it anymore, or you are thinking to delete it or close it, please don't, could I just adopt it?! I would take care of it (^-^)
