Yes!! Chobits, one of the most lovely, or I can say the prettiest, loveliest anime character I've watch. The anime is also hilarous, I would just laugh all of a sudden as Chii-chan and Hideki is funny ^.^ But the most fun part you gotta laugh about is as Hideki teach Chii doing things around and Chii follows it the wrong way.
I've just finish watching Chobits episodes, up to 27 episodes from anime6.org. Omg, and I watched it with the English subtitles. And just now, I found there's English dubbed episodes of Chobits on Youtube. I should had watched it in there so I don't have to stay in front of the computer to read the subtitles, lol.
Anyway, here's some blank banners of Chobits that I had made through Chobits wallpapers I search online.
And here's two small images of Chii-chan and her "person only for me," Hideki.
Dad and I enjoyed watching the Geico tv commercial, you know that green lizard that's cute, talking on tv.
Then, last month February, mom decided to change her car insurance and she chooses Geico. And since I already have a driver's license, she decided to include me on the car coverage so I can drive her car if I have to.
That day when mom talk to the Geico insurance representatives, mom told the representative that she wanted to include me on the coverage (Dad and I can hear them talking on the phone) and they ask for my drivers license number, date of birth you know those kind of things. Of course I know they are asking for it! For the coverage.
Then. here comes the annoying part about Geico. Weeks later, a letter from Geico arrived stating about the car insurance coverage. And the annoying part? It states there that the person on coverage with my mom is my dad. Dad is the most annoyed on three of us. We even wonder how the hell did dad's name came on the statement while he wasn't even driving. He doesn't have his license yet. Why would you Geico even bother asking for my license driving, date of birth, etc.
So mom called them up, stating that "it suppose to be my daughter and me, not my husband." And the representative said, "ok, just disregard the mail that will arrived on your mail box stating that it is you and your husband." So, we thought it is over then.
Then, last week, here comes a new letter still stating that it is my dad that is insured along with my mom. My dad was so mad. " How could I be the one in there while I'm not even driving." He even said Geico is utak butiki raw. You wanna know that word? ^.^ He said, and I think I should agree with him, since Geico is using a lizard on the commercial, maybe they have the brain of a ______ too. >.<
So mom called up again. Grrr..... mom is sooo nice, she doesn't seem mad at all!! And until then, the representative she's talking this time told her that she has to write to Geico to include me on the coverage. They should have told it before and why bother getting my license number and stuffs.
There, you go. That's why we're not that impressed with you Geico. I just have to blog about this to share this story and to get this madness off my chest.
In the Philippines, Holy Week is a major celebration, remembering how Christs sacrificed himself for the whole through processions and festivals.
And here's one more thing Filipinos do on Holy Week, a scented massage oil made from coconut that is only done on the day called Biernes Santo the day called Good Friday. Filipinos has the belief that coconut massage oil made from Holy Week has a power to cure common ailments through massage, or hilot.
Here's how to do the coconut scented oil:
1. Buy a whole coconut, the matured ones, brown in color.
2. On Good Friday, get the coconut ready before 12 in the midday, but some prefer it on 3 pm. Cut the coconut in half and take the coconut whites. You would be needing the kayuran to finely do it.
3. Extract the coconut milk from the sap. Set aside.
4. At 12 midday or 3 pm., heat a pan and put the coconut milk in there. Stirring it once in a while.
5. Stir it occasionally. When you see brown thing, forming on top of the boiling coconut milk, get it and put it on a small bowl, it is also eaten and is sweet. Now continue on boiling the coconut milk until coconut oil forms.
6. When it is completely an oil that is in the pan, coll it off and once cooled off, you can put it on somewhere secured, a small bottle maybe. You can now use it for massage porposes.
Good Sunday morning ^.^ I haven't had much time to post the past weekdays because I've been kinda busy doing my 3rd piczo site dedicated to the cartoon Doraemon.
I used to watch and enjoy watching each episode of this robotic cat from the future which has a 4 dimentional pocket, Doraemon. He stores all of his gadgets on this 4 dimentional pocket he has to help this child from the present time Novita. I had found many Doraemon episodes on Youtube and Crunchyroll and more than 5 Doraemon movies and since I loved watching the cartoon, I had decided to make a site just for the cartoon series.
The site is fairly new, and I would still be adding more i-framed episodes and movies I would find on the web, but for those who wants to take a look and watch Doraemon episodes or Doraemon movies, come by to You-Vies, here . For these cartoon lovers, hope you enjoy the episodes ^.^ specially the Doraemon movies, it's lots of fun and is funny.
Also for those looking on Tagalog episodes of Doraemon, I also have a new blog which has Doremon Tagalog dubbed episodes, it's here on All About You .
Just a quick post to let anyone looking for cbox emoticon codes that I had added new ones. I have added zodiac sign emoticons, green cactus, white kaoanis for cbox emotes.
You can see them on my site Enchanted Nature, visit here. You can find these on the right side under "Cbox Emote Codes." I would be adding more soon like strawberry emotes and rat ^.^ which I haven't done yet because I also have 5 blogs that I have to post and a new piczo site I'm making for Doraemon series.
This blog entry is about Cherifer, I know Filipino's knows what Cherifer is. For those who doesn't know, Cherifer is a vitamin known in the Philippines to increase a child's growth.
I had just learned about Cherifer online, if only I had knew about it back in the Philippines, I would have used it back then, and I should have been taller now ^.^ lolz.
There's a Cherifer designed for adult, until 22 years old and that is Cherifer PGM. I don't know if it really works for 20, 21, and 22 years olds, so those peps please feel free to comment here if the vitamins had worked for you.
Also, while I was searching infos. about Cherifer, I had came across forum posts and yahoo questions of some pinoys asking on where to buy Cherifer outside Philippines. There's this one post I've read of someone asking where can she buy Cherifer. So here's my tips on where you can TRY to find Cherifer in US.
1. Cherifer is a Philippine product ( Am I right?!) so try to find the vitamin in Asian or Philippine stores. Ask the store employees if they know and have the vitamins, if it is available in their store.
2. Try to search for Cherifer websites online. Browse into forums, ask questions, and see if you can find a site if you want to order online.
3. If you are here in San Diego, there's a lot of Philippine stores here, like Seafood City, see if the vitamin is available there. If not, go to nearby stores, even mini stores, or Philippine video renting store.
What on earth would a vitamin do on a video renting store?! you might ask! *grins* Well, because I found a Cherifer store here in National City. It is a video renting store of Philippine movies and English movies, but the store is also selling other Philippine stuffs like beauty products and kitchen products. And the last time we went there, while standing on the cashier, I saw these Cherifer vitamins on the top shelf! I can't believed they have the vitamin available there. I just don't know if this is the Cherifer for kids or the adult Cherifer PGM.
But if you live around here on National City, in San Diego, you can find the store on E. Plaza near the area of SDG & E. The store's name is Caroline's Videos.
And if you leave on a different state, you may want to search the Pinoy stores around you.
Here's an email I had recieved from a classmate and friend. This email was also sent to our other classmates. And I would like to share this message to others because this one is worth reading.
WARN YOUR GIRLFRIENDS AND DAUGHTERS
Bottled water in your car.....very dangerous, woman!!!! This is how Sheryl Crow got breast cancer. She was on the Ellen show and said this same exact thing. This has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels in breast cancer, especially in Australia .
A friend whose mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer said that the Doctor told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.
The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car, and, pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us!!!! The heat causes toxins from the plastic to leak into the water and they have found these toxins in breast tissue.
Use a stainless steel Canteen or a glass bottle when you can!!!
Let every one that has a wife/girlfriend and daughter know please.
(end email)
As we all know, its getting hotter and hotter, what's more on Summer right?! So if you had read this too, just inform your loved ones, grandma, wife, auntie, cousin, sister, girlfriend, your friends and neighboors if they don't know about this yet. You might save their lives just for passing them this info. I will surely tell this to my mom as she always drives around.
Make sure not to leave bottled water on your cars, bring them along with you. And I think, we can assume that this not only apply to bottled water, but to all bottled drinks.
