The blog title says it all ^.^ Someone in the family had a gallstone. The doctor suggested a surgery to remove the gallstone but she refused it. She said there might be another way, a natural way maybe.

My aunt also had informed us that roots of a  Philippine herbal plant called kalunay can cure it, but since Philippines is too far and the roots can't be transported in US, we tried to look for another way.

And then, my friend had told me that one of her co worker had gallstones too and is now gone. So she gave us a xerox copy of what cured her. Can you guess what fruit is it? Or what kitchen ingredients is it that cured her? These are apples, Apple cidar vinegar, olive oil, and Epsom salt. ^.^ And these are that natural way "she" got rid of her gallstones.

I'd be posting the steps next blog post on using these ingredients. Until then ^.^

Here's a shortcut on deleting history, cookies, or files on your computer. I used to do this on the long way, you know, by starting clicking on the "start" button on the left side below but when I learned the shortcut, I prefer using it.

Here's the steps:

1. Find "Internet Explorer" icon on your computer monitor, here's how my computer monitor looks like:

And below is a closer look on my computer's "Internet Explorer" icon. The one circled in white.

2. Now if you want to use the shortcut method to delete/clear your history page (all the sites you had visited,) right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon and select "Properties."

3. Click on "properties." And from there a small box will show up, just like the one below.

From there you can clear the history, cookies, and files.
