This tutorial is step by step. As long as you would follow you will be fine and hopefully won't get lost on the steps. You don't need a software or any experience on graphic design or something to animate a banner or button. (Before you do the steps, you suppose to have a blank button saved on your desktop.) For this tutorial, I'll use this blank button for the example. STEPS ON ANIMATING A BUTTON: 1. All my blog and site buttons are animated from the website Online-image-editor. CLICK HERE to go to the website. It will open to a new window so you don't have to leave this tutorial. 2. On the website, click on UPLOAD to upload your blank button from your desktop. 3. Once the blank button was uploaded, click on the capital T, beside the scissor icon.
Choose the font, text size, and color then type the text you want to appear on your button. Then click "preview." You can drag text to position by pointing and holding on your mouse over the text on the button. 4. Click APPLY when you're satisfied on the text position. Then SAVE the button on your desktop by right clicking on it. 5. NOW WE HAVE TO REPEAT STEP ONE. CLICK ON FILE, OPEN TO DOWNLOAD THE SAME BLANK BUTTON AGAIN. 6. Click on the capital T once the blank button was uploaded. 7. Again, select the font, size, and color of the text. Type whatever you want to appear on your blank button on the text area. 8. Click PREVIEW. Drag text to position you want. Then click APPLY. 9. SAVE the button on your desktop by right clicking on it. 10. Now we're ready to animate the buttons. Click on EFFECTS and choose START ANIMATION WIZARD. 11. Click on BROWSE to upload the buttons you made, one at a time. 12. Then click on CREATE MY ANIMATION. The button will then be animated. 13. SAVE the button to your desktop by right clicking on it. 14. You can host it to free hosting sites such as photobucket, or imageshock. USES OF A BUTTON: Blog or site buttons are use on plugboards ( to plug your blog/sites), on topsites (where you can submit yor site or blog), and on link exchange, blog rolls, swap links, blog or site affiliates, etc. Also some blog or site directories are asking for banners or buttons for site submission.
